Tahukah anda bahawa minuman dari teh herba adalah bersifat alkali dan sangat baik untuk badan. Teh herba boleh diperolehi dari daun pegaga, daun misai kucing,daun mas cotek, daun selom, daun pecah beling dan banyak lagi. Daun-daun herba ini dikeringkan, dikisar dan dimasukkan ke dalam uncang.
Gunakan air panas dan rendam uncang herba selama 10 minit. Minuman teh herba tidak mengandungi kafein, tidak menyebabkan kembung perut bahkan membantu meningkatkan tahap ph kealkalian badan anda.
Amalkan meminum teh herba selepas makan lebih-lebih lagi jika anda baru mengambil makanan yang berasid seperti nasi, lauk daging, lauk ayam, makanan laut, makanan bergoreng seperti pisang goreng atau kentang goreng.
